Refund Policy
At CybrMonk, we strive to deliver high-quality cybersecurity education and ensure our learners are satisfied with their experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We offer refunds on eligible courses within 7 days of purchase, provided that the course has not been completed beyond 20% of its content and no certification has been issued. Refunds are not applicable to downloadable content, bundled course packages, or subscription-based services once the learning materials have been accessed. If your case meets the criteria, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

To request a refund, please email us at support@cybrmonk.com with your order details and reason for the request. Our team will review the request and respond promptly.

CybrMonk reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with this policy or that are deemed fraudulent or abusive. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

Refund Policy for EU Customers – CybrMonk

At CybrMonk, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our cybersecurity learning services. If you reside within the European Union, you are entitled to a right of withdrawal from digital service purchases within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. However, this right is waived once digital content or course materials are accessed or streamed, as per Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

By purchasing a course on CybrMonk and beginning to stream or access the course material, you expressly agree that the digital service has begun and acknowledge that you forfeit your right of withdrawal. This applies to both individual course purchases and subscription-based services.

If you have not accessed any portion of the course and are within the 14-day window from your purchase date, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@cybrmonk.com with your order details. Once the refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

CybrMonk reserves the right to decline refund requests that fall outside the conditions described above or are found to be abusive.
